News / We are (almost) complete!
Next to the boulevards and the docks, traffic is increasing. More and more yachts, sailing ships, and other vessels are mooring in the bay. We are starting a huge sailing festival!
We could admire the first units as early as Tuesday, when Joanna Saturna and Baltic Beauty arrived. On Wednesday, next to the bank, liaison officers welcomed many vessels, including ORP Poznań, ITS Stella Polare, and the sailing ship Wylde Swan.
Traffic at the bank was even heavier on Thursday. In Szczecin, more tall ships have moored, including Grossherzogin Elisabeth, ORP Iskra, Fryderyk Chopin, and the biggest participant of this year's event - Dar Młodzieży.
On Friday, all the remaining vessels will moor, and the sailing festivities will begin in all their glory! Among the vessels arriving at the banks will be:
- Guayas - at 9 AM
- Kapitan Głowacki - at 11 AM
- Pogoria - at 12 PM
At 9 AM, next to the Dźwigozaury, we’re going to welcome the crews of the Sailing Team of Szczecin, representing yachts Zryw and Dar Szczecina, which have won this year's D-tier race. The arrival times are provided as a guide and may change. You can find all the mooring stations on the EVENT’S MAP.
