Passes
In connection with The Tall ships Races 2024 , there will be a change in traffic organisation. Selected streets will be closed to vehicular traffic from 29.07 to 6.08. Map below.
red zone, where entry will be restricted only to vehicles of the organiser, authorised services and companies based in the red zone. A deposit will be charged for each pass issued to this zone, in accordance with the regulations in force.
the blue zone, to which only residents and employees of companies and institutions located in the following streets will be granted entry with the possibility to park: Małopolska, Pobożnego, Zygmunta Starego, Szczerbcowa, Wawelska, Kapitańska, Storrady, Zbożowa on the section up to the intersection with Spichrzowa or holders of passes to the red zone.
1. Residents of the above streets will receive 1 pass per dwelling. In order to receive a pass, proof of residence must be presented at the pass office: a paid bill with the address of the dwelling or registration at the correct address.
2. Companies and institutions in the streets listed above will receive 2 passes per company
3. Companies with their own car parks will receive passes for the number of parking spaces they have
4. The pass must be presented each time you enter the event area at the control point and left in the car in a visible place, with the data side up.
5. A valid pass should have all sections filled in, i.e. registration number, contact number, company name.
6. The pass authorises the entry of one vehicle, the registration number of which is stated on the pass.
Passes can be collected only from 19.07 - 5.08 at the Pass Issuing Office at 6 Jana z Kolna Street (former Marine Station). Office hours: Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 18.00,Saturday - Sunday: 10.00 - 18.00.

PLEASE NOTE: In the red zone, parking only in designated spaces for vehicles with special passes. Vehicles without proper passes parked in the exclusion zones will be towed away at the vehicle owner's expense.
